The next payment brings the paid amount to 50% of the product price, and the remaining 50% is due before shipment.
Why the order starts with a reservation deposit
Smart BBQ Pods are high-value outdoor kitchen modules. Most buyers need to confirm model fit, layout, destination costs, access, unloading, and installation planning before committing the full project amount. The reservation deposit keeps the buying step simple while giving both sides enough room to confirm details properly.
The $1,000 reservation deposit is applied toward your total product price. It is fully refundable until production begins.

- Approve the written quote. The quote clarifies product price, destination shipping estimate, duties, taxes, delivery method, and any planning assumptions.
- Pay to 50% before production. After approval, the buyer pays enough to bring total paid to 50% of the product price.
- Pay the remaining 50% before shipment. The balance is due before shipment is released.
