Free shipping. Outluma offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout for U.S. orders.

Outluma coordinates U.S. delivery for outdoor living products. Delivery timing depends on item size, order processing, carrier routing, and the delivery destination.

Processing time
Many launch products are listed with an estimated processing time of 1 to 3 business days when inventory is available. Processing time begins after the order is reviewed and payment is confirmed.

Large-item delivery
Patio sets, sectionals, outdoor kitchen carts, and other oversized products may ship by large parcel or freight carrier. Select large items may include curbside delivery. Delivery service level depends on the product and carrier.

Multiple cartons
Large outdoor sets may ship in more than one carton. Boxes can arrive on different days depending on carrier routing.

Tracking
After an order is prepared for shipment, tracking information will be sent by email when available. If a tracking number shows only partial movement, please allow time for all cartons to update.

Delivery inspection
Please inspect the packaging at delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, take photos before opening it. Keep all packaging until the item has been fully inspected and assembled.
