International Smart BBQ Pod Buyer Guide

International buyer guide

Smart BBQ Pods can be quoted for multiple regions, but each destination needs its own freight, duties, taxes, access, and installation plan.

This guide helps buyers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and selected international markets understand how Outluma quotes outdoor kitchen pod projects.

What international buyers need to know first

The product price shown online is not the full landed project cost. A Smart BBQ Pod is a large outdoor kitchen module, so destination shipping, duties, taxes, unloading, site access, local installation, utility connection, and any regional documentation must be confirmed before production.

Current model prices

Model Typical fit Displayed product price View
A-Mini Compact residential patios and smaller placements From $15,900 View A-Mini
A-Plus Homes, villas, rentals, and hospitality patios From $19,900 View A-Plus
A-Ultra Large villas, resorts, and statement outdoor kitchen spaces From $24,900 View A-Ultra

Payment flow for international orders

  1. Choose a model or request help comparing models.
  2. Reserve with a $1,000 online deposit if ready to begin formal review.
  3. Confirm destination, configuration, access, freight, duties, taxes, and planning assumptions in a written quote.
  4. After approval, pay enough to bring the order to 50% of the product price.
  5. Pay the remaining 50% before shipment.

The $1,000 reservation deposit is applied toward the product price and is fully refundable until production begins.

What to prepare before requesting an international quote

  • Destination country, city, and delivery address type.
  • Preferred model: A-Mini, A-Plus, or A-Ultra.
  • Property type: private home, villa, rental, resort, hospitality patio, or trade project.
  • Placement photos, measurements, and access notes.
  • Known local requirements for gas, electrical, water, drainage, and permits.
  • Any required documentation, warranty questions, or certification requests.

Why the quote is destination-specific

Two buyers can choose the same model and still need different project quotes. Freight route, port, customs, inland delivery, receiving method, unloading equipment, local taxes, local installation, and property access can change the final project plan. That is why Outluma separates displayed product price from written destination quote.
