Outluma uses a staged project payment structure designed for high-value outdoor kitchen orders — you are never asked to pay the full amount up front to an online checkout.
- $1,000 reservation deposit to start — applied toward your project price and fully refundable until production begins.
- After your configuration, freight, duties, and destination are confirmed in writing, the next payment brings the total to 50% of the agreed price.
- The remaining balance is paid by bank wire before shipment.
- Shipping, duties, and taxes are quoted transparently by destination — no hidden costs added after you commit.

The Smart BBQ Pod components are covered by recognized safety certifications (such as CSA, UL, ETL, or CE depending on configuration and destination market). Full certification and warranty documentation is provided to buyers during the enquiry and ordering process.
