Smart BBQ Pod Specifications and Pre-Production Checklist

Specification packet

Outluma confirms model size, configuration, destination, site access, and documentation before production begins.

A Smart BBQ Pod is a large-format outdoor kitchen module. Before a project moves into production, Outluma reviews the selected model, appliance package, finish choices, destination shipping route, unloading plan, local utility requirements, and available documentation in writing.

Quick answer for buyers

The current Smart BBQ Pod range includes three live models: A-Mini, A-Plus, and A-Ultra. Each model is built around a protected outdoor kitchen footprint with cooking, refrigeration, sink or faucet planning, lighting, storage, and configurable finish choices. Technical drawings and configuration notes can be shared during the quote process so buyers can review fit, access, and project requirements before production.

Technical documents and drawings

Model-specific dimension drawings are available for A-Mini, A-Plus, and A-Ultra. These drawings help buyers, designers, builders, and receiving teams review placement area, access route, and utility planning before production.

For commercial, villa, resort, or trade projects, Outluma can include model information, configuration notes, available drawings, and delivery planning assumptions in the quote packet.

What we confirm before production

  1. Selected model: A-Mini, A-Plus, or A-Ultra.
  2. Product price: confirmed product price for the selected model and configuration.
  3. Configuration: cooking, sink or faucet planning, refrigerator, finish, lighting, storage, hood, TV, and accessory choices where applicable.
  4. Destination: country, region, city, delivery address type, and receiving method.
  5. Site access: driveway, gate width, stairs, slopes, tight turns, crane or forklift needs, and final placement notes.
  6. Utility planning: gas type, electrical supply, water supply, drainage, ventilation, and local code responsibilities.
  7. Documentation: available certification, warranty, and product documentation for the selected configuration and destination market.
  8. Payment schedule: $1,000 reservation deposit, payment to 50% before production, and remaining 50% before shipment.

Payment sequence

Online checkout collects only the $1,000 reservation deposit. The deposit is applied toward your total product price and is fully refundable until production begins. After your model, configuration, destination, and written quote are approved, the next payment brings the paid amount to 50% of the product price. The remaining 50% is due before shipment.

Why this checklist matters

High-value outdoor kitchen modules are not small parcel products. Two buyers can choose the same model and still need different planning because destination, customs, receiving access, local utility work, and installation responsibility vary. This checklist helps reduce uncertainty before production and gives the buyer a clearer path from model selection to written quote.

Questions to send with your inquiry

  • Which model are you considering: A-Mini, A-Plus, or A-Ultra?
  • What country, city, and property type is the project for?
  • Is the pod for a private home, villa, rental, resort, hospitality patio, or trade project?
  • Do you have photos or measurements of the placement area?
  • Can a large freight item reach the final location, or will unloading equipment be needed?
  • Do you already know the preferred gas, electrical, water, and drainage plan?
  • Do you need certification, warranty, or project documentation before approval?
