Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. An express shipping upgrade is available at checkout.

Order processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days when inventory is available.

Delivery
All orders ship from within the United States. Final delivery timing depends on carrier routing, item size, and destination. Large outdoor items may arrive in multiple cartons.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your packaging at delivery and keep the original packaging until assembly is complete. If anything arrives damaged or is missing, contact us right away at support@outluma.com and we will make it right. See our Returns Policy and Damage Support for details.
